  • Reports Data: We collect this data for customized reporting requested by you. These reports are stored within our secure file storage via Google Cloud Firebase.

3. How We Collect Information

  • Directly from you: We collect your email and name when you contact our sales team via email at sales@covelane.health to request an account. You subsequently set your own password.
  • Direct uploads: We collect reporting data directly through file uploads made from the client to the Cove Lane Health platform and login.

4. How We Use Information

  • Provide and manage your access to our Service by verifying your login credentials.
  • Provide accurate reporting for specific records you choose for Cove Lane Health to access.

  • Google Firebase: We utilize Google Firebase as our secure authentication service to store your email address and securely hashed password for login credentials.

We will retain your personal data for the minimum period required by law and/or until you decide to terminate your agreement with Cove Lane Health and you delete your account through the "Delete Account" action within the platform, whichever comes first. Upon account deletion, your login credentials will be removed from our active systems.

Your email and secure password for login credentials are stored within Google Firebase, a secure authentication service that implements industry-standard security measures. While we rely on the security measures provided by Google Firebase, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You have the right to terminate your login credentials and access to the Cove Lane Health platform at any time through the "Delete Account" action available within the platform. Upon initiating the account deletion process, your login credentials will be removed from our active systems. 9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We do not use cookies or other tracking technologies on our platform at this time. Cove Lane Health reserves the right to modify the use of cookies and tracking technologies at any point in time.
